A little about me:

I was born and raised in Los Angeles. I received a BS in Economics and Mathematics from the University of Oregon. I have been working in the staffing arena over these past six years and started Steinberger Staffing two years ago with the intent of providing a tailored approach to recruiting. My firm belief is that representing too many candidates and too many companies compromises results. We focus diligently and tirelessly on the tasks that we agree to do.

I view my role within the company in a two-fold manner. I am both recruiter and owner. As the primary recruiter, I am fortunate to have the support of assistants who add their own unique skills to the recruitment process. Second, as owner, I run Steinberger Staffing in a hands-on manner that includes my taking personal responsibility for the staff’s efficacy.
